Guidelines
Participants who would like to actively participate in the Congress, are requested to submit an abstract to be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
The only form of presentation will be Poster display.
Abstracts must be written in English.
Applications should be sent through the online submission form that can be found at the webpage (12th International IVI RMA Congress).
One image or graphic can be uploaded through the submission form. Please do not include images in the abstract text field, we cannot guarantee we receive it this way. In case that you need to include information or data in tables we would recommend to include the information in the abstract text field as a table.
Abstracts word limit is 400.
Limit of authors per abstract is 15.
The Committee reserves the right to:
- Select the abstracts relevant to the Scientific Program.
- Decide on the final form of presentation.

Lab Automation
Before you begin, please prepare the following information:
- Title of the abstract.
- Family names and initials of all authors.
- Details of affiliation of all author(s): institution, city, country.
- Contact details of the presenting author (e-mail, ph…).
Please note that any submitted abstract, even if accepted by the program committee, will not be included in the conference program should you fail to register for the conference. Abstracts will be included in the Final Program only on receipt of payment in full for registration by the deadline specified by the Congress Secretariat.
